I would like to thank you and your team for the superb job you have done on our centralisation project. This has enabled us to maintain our implementation schedule and, very importantly, ensure a smooth transition to the revised bookings system.

We have been dealing with you over ten years, originally as part of Advent Publishing and as Documation for the last two years. During this time you have consistently provided us with the highest level of service and support, sometimes responding to problems occuring during unsociable hours. This is much appreciated.
